Dr. Longbin Liu, M.D.
President & CEO
Dr. Liu is the principal co-founder of Dragon and brings 15 years of biotechnology expertise in North America, Japan and China. Dr. Liu was also Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Dr. Ken Z. Cai, Ph.D.
CFO
As a co-founder of Dragon, Dr. Cai brings 14 years of experience in mining, public company administration and financing, and extensive business experience and contacts in China. Dr. Cai is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Minco Mining and Metals Corporation, a Toronto Stock Exchange Company.
Ms. Rita Jervis, RN, BComm
VP Corporate Development
Ms. Jervis brings to Dragon 14 years of strategic planning, product development and marketing experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. As founder and President of Jervis Associates, she has worked with many emerging biotechnology organizations in interim executive capacities to formulate and implement product commercialization and corporate development initiatives. In addition, Ms. Jervis has served as founding Managing Director of BIRC Corporation (a biotech venture capital organization) and Executive Director of both the B.C. Biotechnology Alliance and the B.C. Consortium for Clinical Trials.
Mr. Robert Walsh
VP Marketing and Sales
Mr. Walsh joined Dragon in April of 2000 and is responsible for comprehensive oversight of Dragon’s international marketing initiatives. Mr. Walsh served for 22 years in Special Operations and Medical Intelligence assignments in the U.S. Army. Prior to joining Dragon, Mr. Walsh held the position of International Marketing Manager with a Seattle-based biotechnology company.

Serving as Secretary and Treasurer of Dragon, Mr. Maskerine is also the Vice President, Finance and Director of Aquarius Ventures Inc. and President and Director of Citotech Systems Inc.
Dr. Yin Zhong, Ph.D.
President, Huaxin Biotech Co., Ltd.
Currently President of Huaxin, Dr. Yin was a Director and Chief Engineer of the Nanjing Medical Corporation.
